He proposed to his wife 10 days after he met her and they spent an entire year traveling the world together. He resigned as CEO of an International Coaching Organization with a $20 million revenue when he realized that he wasn’t doing what he truly loved.

Rich is a High Performance coach who now works with only five one-on-one clients a year. His clients are by invitation or referral only. His coaching is highly personalized and tailor-made and requires courage and heart.

Rich first left England at the age of 17 and hasn’t looked back. He traveled across India alone at 19, lived in rural Africa for two years and in South East Asia for over 5 years. He taught children who lived in mud huts and also the son of the world’s wealthiest man.

Now based in Los Angeles, Rich still has a cute British accent. He just became the proud dad of a little baby boy, named Kaleo. And he has realized that he knows very little about life after all!
